We started the day at Souvenier Ciry and the went to the Holocaust Museum which was incredibly powerful.

After the Holocaust museum each group and their chaperone chose which Smithsonian Museum(s) the wanted to go and where they wanted to eat lunch. My groups found the food trucks by the Air and Space Museum. 

This picture is special because the flight gear you see belonged to Ben Allen who, before his passing, was a dear friend of Oakview football coach and DC trip alum Bill Hitchcock.
